1. Delivery Areas
We deliver to all major cities and regions across the United Arab Emirates.
- Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah: 1–2 business days
- Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah: 2–3 business days
- Remote / Non-Service Areas: Up to 5 business days (additional charges may apply)
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: 2–3 Business Days – AED 20 (Free on orders above AED 200)
- Express Delivery: Same Day / Next Day – AED 40
- Store Pickup: Within 24 Hours – Free
Note: Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
We do not ship on Sundays or UAE public holidays.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS with tracking details.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across the UAE.
Please keep exact change ready for a smooth delivery experience.
5. Wrong Address & Failed Delivery
Please ensure your address and mobile number are correct.
- Delivery will be attempted up to 3 times
- Failed deliveries will be returned to our warehouse
- Re-shipping charges may apply
6. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us immediately with photo proof.
