Refund policy

1. Open Parcel Before Payment (COD Orders)
We offer Open Parcel Before Payment for all Cash on Delivery orders.

  • You can check the product in front of the courier
  • If satisfied → accept & pay
  • If not satisfied → return immediately without payment

Once payment is completed, the order is considered accepted and final


2. Returns After Acceptance
We do not accept returns if:

  • You change your mind
  • You do not like the product after accepting it

3. 15-Day Replacement Warranty
We provide a 15-day replacement warranty for manufacturing defects only.

Eligible issues include:

  • Product malfunction
  • Technical defects

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • All accessories & packaging must be included
  • Customer pays AED 20 delivery fee for replacement

4. Physical Damage
We do not cover:

  • Broken or damaged items due to misuse
  • Accidental damage after delivery

5. Replacement Request Process

To request a replacement:

  • Contact our support team
  • Provide your order number
  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue

After verification, a replacement will be arranged if valid.
